Support local!! Stopped in for a Birthday dinner with friends. We were the only 4 people in most the night. Girls running the front / kitchen were very nice and hospitable. Essentially one thing to eat but with many variations, WAFFLES. Were you expecting sushi? We tried a variety and all had a little sample. I like the chili and waffles but using a homemade chili would be awesome. Normal chicken and waffles is good, gravy and waffles was the best! A close #1 is the jalapeno waffles, get them!! Beer selection is local and they have a nice cocktail menu. I went for the whiskey and they have a nice selection at decent prices. A few higher end ones at the time. Give it a go and don't forget to hit the red panic button in the bathroom.

What a fun place to visit! Food was delicious and Grace was the sweetest! She really was the cherry on tip of a fantastic experience. We visited for dinner but looking forward to coming back for coffee!

This place is a must-visit! I tried the Elvis waffle with added protein and paired it with a breakfast mule—both were absolutely amazing! The waffle was perfectly soft and fluffy, with just the right balance of savory and sweet, while the breakfast mule was a refreshing and unique complement. The menu is creative and packed with delicious options, and the prices are hard to beat. The atmosphere is spot-on with stylish design, great music, and a relaxed vibe—perfect for catching up with friends. The staff is super friendly and really adds to the experience with their excellent service. I’m already planning to come back in a couple of days. Can’t wait!

I attended their soft opening today and I have to say they did amazing! I had the chicken and waffles but subbed the jalapeno popper waffles and had a side of sausage gravy. The waffles were perfect, the chicken was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The sausage gravy was delicious and flavorful and the coffee was superb. I love when a resturaunt nails on their first go! If they keep doing what they're doing this place will thrive. On top of nailing the food, the service was outstanding as well. I will definitely be back.

After seeing the article in the paper months ago, we were excited for this new concept to be opening in Greeley....We were trying not to keep our hopes up to much as the last handful of new hyped restaurants that have opened over the last couple years have been total let downs or even failures. We arrived fairly early last night, and I believe this was still in the first week of being open, and were promptly greeted by a friendly man who got us menus and informed us to have a seat anywhere and when we were ready to order at the counter. The menu us interesting! A good mix of savory and sweet type waffles...very creative! The drink menu was very nice sounding as well! We do not normally drink, but decided to try a cocktail with dinner. We ordered a Breakfast Manhattan, Fruity Pebbles, Jalepeno Popper Waffle, and a Chicken and Waffle. Everything came at the same time in roughly 8-10 minutes...not too long....and everything looked and smelled great! Stand out cocktail was the Fruity Pebble....it was garnished with whipped cream and the cereal....but the cocktail actually tasted like the cereal as well! Not to sweet....very nice! Both the waffles were very good! The Jalepeno Popper was spicy from the fresh jalapeno cooked in the batter and garnished on top, but the cream cheese cooled the pallet nicely. A very creative a delicious dish! The chicken and waffles was just classic and done well! Nice juicy chicken,... Unlike most of the other places that have opened in greeley over the past few years, we will be returning! I am excited to try more of the creative waffle dishes that Oak and Maple have on offer! I just hope that they are able to keep it up! Greeley seems to lack quality and consistency out of the more "local" restaurants we prefer to go to.

So many great options for waffles and drinks! I love the variety and uniqueness of each. The service was great!

We don’t make it up to Greeley often, and honestly, we were a little hesitant about having waffles for dinner—but dang, this place completely changed our minds. Absolutely delicious and totally worth the trip! We tried the chicken, bacon, ranch dippers (chef’s kiss), the waffle flight—which included chocolate strawberry, country chicken with gravy, apple cinnamon, and chili waffles—and a kid’s waffle. Every single bite was bursting with flavor, and the variety in the waffle flight was both fun and satisfying. It’s clear the folks here know what they’re doing in the kitchen. Our only minor gripe? The paper lining under the waffles tends to rip, which makes it a bit tricky when cutting or scooping up all that tasty goodness. But honestly, if that’s the worst part of the experience, they’re doing pretty great. If you’re anywhere near Greeley and even thinking about waffles, go. You won’t regret it. The people here are amazing and the place has a pretty cool atmosphere. Definitely coming back.

Perfect local brunch spot! My family of 4 (including a 4yo and 6yo) have found a new weekend favorite! We enjoyed the sweet and savory options (my chipotle waffle was yummy paired with a warm cup of spicy chai). We love that it’s a cozier spot making it feel bustling and alive! They have indoor and outdoor seating options to accommodate different sizes of groups. The food came out in a timely manner and the staff was very friendly!
